Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Anwelt Heritage Fitchburg, MA 01420 Hours: Part - Time (25 hours) Job Description: HallKeen has an opening for a Part-Time (25hours) maintenance technician position of 86 apartments at Anwelt Heritage in Fitchburg, MA. Duties include, but not limited to, daily trash removal, daily cleaning of building, general maintenance repairs, painting, and turning over apartments, minor electrical, plumbing and snow removal. On-call responsibilities will be required every other week. Requirements The position is also required to work an additional 2 weekend hours of cleaning until pandemic is over. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently. Hallkeen offers paid holidays and vacations to part time employees.

Responsibilities

The maintenance technician will be responsible for daily trash removal, cleaning of the building, general maintenance repairs, and turning over apartments. Additional duties include minor electrical and plumbing work, as well as snow removal.
