In addition to our agricultural and retail operations, the company owns a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced who can work independently, solve problems, and manage the appearance and function of buildings and their systems across multiple local sites. Responsibilities: General maintenance and repairs across multiple property types Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor HVAC work, and other related maintenance tasks General labor tasks related to maintenance such as digging, lifting, and moving Setup and tear down of temporary worker housing furniture Maintain retail, residential and commercial spaces, including safety, functionality, and general upkeep Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and correctly Use workorder app to manage daily workload Check in with the Maintenance Manager throughout the day for updates and support as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Management Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, or skilled construction Strong working knowledge of residential and/or commercial building systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Experience working across multiple job sites or managing varied workloads Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs Must be able to lift, climb, kneel, and work both indoors and outdoors. Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to pass a background check
