Maintenance Technician/Handyman

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings.

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 5 years (required

• Painting & decorating internally and externally
• Mastic, calking, patch filling
• Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Minor plumbing – repairing leaks – unblocking sinks & toilets etc
• Clearing drains
• General yard and garden work etc
• Repairing and replacing fence panels
• Fixing curtains, blinds, etc
• Fitting shelves, hanging pictures
• Making Flat Pack Furniture
• Repairing/changing locks
• Installing window restrictors
• Replacing electrical fittings
• Installing household appliances such are washing machines
• Replacing smoke/ heat/ carbon monoxide detectors
• Replacing kitchen units and doors
• Carpentry work
• General waste
• Other general property maintenance duties as required by the Property Owner
• Full and clean driving licence is essential
• Experience in conducting health and safety assessments and recording findings
• Experience of Handyperson/repairs work
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
