We have close to 400 residential units spread out across the Merrimack Valley region of Massachusetts and Southern NH and many 5-star reviews on our handyman services. QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance and repairs, required.
• Problem-solving skills are key.
• Light plumbing, light electrical skills and painting/patching skills required.
• Ability to use an i-Pad to receive and document work orders.
• Strong work ethic including punctuality, dependability and flexibility, required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel daily within Greater Merrimack Valley, MA, work truck provided.
• Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screening.
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to meet the Physical Demands: Lift up to 75 lbs., bending, reaching, crouching, stretching and other related physical activities. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to work in various environmental conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures.

IMPORTANT STUFF TO KNOW

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am. to 4:00 pm
• On-call availability on a rotating schedule - very minimal times you need to leave
• Pay: $30-$35 per hour
• Benefits Eligible position: Medical Insurance (70% company paid premium), Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid holidays
• Location: Travel to properties generally in the Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Southern NH areas
