Description Phoenix, AZ Day Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm Pay: $25.00-$32.00+/hr. depending on experience. Hartung Glass in Phoenix, AZ is recruiting for a hands-on, fix-it-all Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Phoenix, AZ location. Requirements To be considered, candidates must have at least 3-5 years of heavy manufacturing background. Integration with plants is a big plus. Requirements: Contribute to maintenance planning, production standards, and problem-solving Evaluate and ensure the reliability of facility systems and equipment Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system tests Tackle a variety of mechanical tasks: low voltage electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and more Diagnose and repair processors, relays, rollers, drives, and mechanical/electrical systems Read and interpret technical documents and reports Problem-solve complex maintenance issues with strong analytical skills Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; keep the facility neat and operational Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery efficiently Fabricate and repair machine guards, conveyors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment Stay updated on technical knowledge and OSHA regulations Willingness to be the go-to person and support the team as needed. Other Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Specialized training in mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to read and write in English; bilingual preferred 3-5 years of manufacturing machine maintenance experience required Experience in electrical-240v, welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and HVAC Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing maintenance experience highly preferred Glass industry experience is a bonus (but not required!)
