Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep across convenience stores and gasoline station locations. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance, and equipment repair. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of working independently across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities * Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical systems  * Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely  * Complete routine plumbing repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks, repairing fixtures)  * Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing bulbs, ballasts, light fixtures, minor wiring support)  * Repair and maintain doors, locks, walls, windows, and interior/exterior structures  * Paint and maintain surfaces including walls, curbs, canopies, and parking areas  * Perform pressure washing and general exterior upkeep of facilities  * Support grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping upkeep  * Assemble, move, and install furniture, fixtures, and store equipment  * Hang signage, bulletin boards, and assist with store setup needs  * Procure necessary tools, parts, and materials to complete maintenance tasks  * Maintain accurate work orders, service logs, and maintenance records  * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies  Required Qualifications & Skills * Working knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC basics, plumbing, and electrical systems  * Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment  * Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently  * Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and hazard recognition  * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions  * Strong organizational and time management skills  * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal  * Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule  Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs  * Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing  * Exposure to various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor work environments)  * Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Compensation & Benefits * Full-time position * Company vehicle and fuel card provided for work related travel * Comprehensive health coverage * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off (PTO) policy * Professional development and growth opportunities
