Why This Role Matters The Maintenance Technician protects the safety, functionality and long-term value of company-owned buildings by performing advanced repairs, preventative maintenance and property improvements. Requirements Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work preferred Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation Two or more years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
