• Experience in a construction and a maintenance is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certifications in health and safety, such as Safe Pass, Manual Handling.

Work Location: On the roa

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure timely responses to maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with tradesmen, general operatives, and subcontractors.
• Report faults, damages, and defaults promptly.
• Accurately record maintenance checks and document all work carried out.
• Perform Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as required.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
