Responsibilities/Qualifications Bridgepoint Maintenance is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Maintenance department. We value individuals with a combination of skills and a genuine passion for ensuring the aesthetic appeal and safety of our senior living facility for our residents. This role will be instrumental in supporting our maintenance department to uphold high standards in maintaining a beautiful and secure environment. Responsibilities: Must be able to multi-task and work politely with senior residents Experience working with multiple tools, troubleshoot problems. Timely completion of turning rooms Handling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance. Providing assistance with miscellaneous tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the property Keep the Maintenance Supervisor informed of any maintenance issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision Benefits: Employee recognition events Paid time off starts day one Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle Traveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stay Knowledge in the following: Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and Electrical
