Maintenance Technician LOCATION: COVINGTON, KY 41011 We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge with experience in hospitality-related maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who is willing to assist with a variety of maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work snow removal shifts as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hospitality-related facilities. * Carry out basic painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. * Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment. * Be willing to work snow removal shifts when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: * Basic maintenance knowledge with some experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. * Previous experience in hospitality-related maintenance is preferred. * Ability and willingness to work snow removal shifts when required. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
