Responsibilities include providing general maintenance to the interior and exterior of the buildings and grounds, maintaining maintenance facility in an organized and safe manner, providing all on-call responsibilities, snow plowing/ice control after normal working hours, on a rotating basis. Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general maintenance tasks concerning the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds, while also ensuring the maintenance facility remains organized and safe. This role includes rotating on-call duties such as snow plowing and ice control outside of normal working hours.
