Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the 55+ senior community running smoothly by tackling daily repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. This role also involves quickly turning apartments for new residents, maintaining curb appeal, and handling urgent needs during an on-call rotation.
