Description Terra Lake Heights Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL. Responsibilities: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Paint and pick up grounds Painting Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements Minimum of 2 years of onsite apartment maintenance experience HVAC Certification required Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic Own tools required Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
