Description Boston Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lubbock, Texas. Responsibilities: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Paint and pick up grounds Painting Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 2 plus of onsite experience Possess valid Identification Full Time Position Benefits: Base plus Commission 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements Requirements: Must be HVAC certified, team player, hard worker, be able to lift and bend. Have own tools, must be able to handle on calls rotate with Lead Maintenance.
