Maintenance/Service Technician I We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property. Key Responsibilities Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds Follow all safety protocols and company policies Requirements Reliable attendance and ability to take direction Basic repair and maintenance skills Commitment to customer service and teamwork Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction. Competencies To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following: Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
