Position Purpose: Under direct supervision maintains, repairs, and installs plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities; maintains a variety of records; participates in special projects; and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility to ensure the safe and continuous operations of facilities through preventive and predictive maintenance as well as in unexpected situations at White Energy ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: · Conduct daily inspection on necessary equipment · Perform expert troubleshooting, installation, routine maintenance, and repair of mechanical manufacturing equipment. · Demonstrate understanding of welding principles associated with stick, TIG and MIG welding. · Capable of readings both mechanical and piping prints. · Follow all local, state, and federal regulations as they apply to the maintenance department. · Replace or repair of rotating equipment and conveyor systems EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: · High school diploma or equivalent certificate required. · Minimum of 2-years or more experience of maintenance operations · Welding certification of structural steel. · Ability to operate a forklift. · Basic electrical knowledge SKILLS/ABILITIES: · Prior experience supervising employees · Self-Motivated · Organizational and communication skills · Strong attention to detail, analytical and possesses a proven results orientation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · This job may require lifting, up to 50 pounds frequently. · Must be able to be respirator qualified (Complete a Pulmonary Function Test). · Capability of working in a fast-working environment and adjust quickly to different task.
