Description Maintenance Technician I Location: Manufacturing Facility Department: Maintenance / Operations About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician I to support equipment upkeep and facility maintenance within our manufacturing operation. This is an entry-level to early-career position designed for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving mechanical problems, and learning how industrial equipment operates. You will work closely with our Maintenance Manager and gain experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to expand technical skills over time Requirements What You’ll Do (including, but not limited to): • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment • Replace basic wear components (filters, belts, lubrication, etc.) • Assist with machine troubleshooting and repairs • Support maintenance of facility systems (lighting, fixtures, minor repairs) • Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas • Document maintenance work performed What We’re Looking For • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to follow instructions and work safely • Dependable and team-oriented mindset Preferred (But Not Required) • Trade school or technical coursework • Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience • Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical systems Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the facility • Comfortable working in an industrial environment What We Offer • On-the-job training • Opportunity to grow technical skills • Stable manufacturing environment • Competitive compensation based on experience
