Key Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain hotel systems to ensure safe and efficient operation Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and communicate completion with the front desk Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas Complete general repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor cleaning tasks Keep maintenance and storage areas clean, organized, and secure Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance Qualifications: 2+ years of maintenance technician experience Hospitality experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Be Bold.
