Responsibilities
  • Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
  • Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
  • Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
