We prioritize exceptional customer service and create secure, welcoming environments for our residents.   Responsibilities: * Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property * Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines * Manage service requests and ensure timely completion * Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act * Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment * Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner * Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service * Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development * Assist in property preventative maintenance plan * Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds * Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime   Requirements: * Education: 1.
