  Technician I - Maintenance  This position will be based in Webb, Al Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm with an on-call rotation.   Responsibilities: * Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures  * Will inspect facilities, equipment and systems to identify any issues * Will repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures * Position will require general carpentry and electrical skills    * Will require travel within a 5 county catchment area Requirements: * HS Diploma/GED * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and mechanics * Capable of operating industrial equipment, machinery, physical ability to handle heavy materials or equipment * Must have a good motor vehicle record with a valid driver license * Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age). * Will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Preferred Requirements: * HVAC Certification  Benefits: * Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Alabama State Retirement * Paid Time Off - Annual, Sick, and Personal  * OnShift Wallet through Payactiv * PTO Buyback Program * Company paid life insurance * AD&D and dependent life insurance * 10 Paid Holidays * Public Service Loan Forgiveness  * Troy University Student Discount (Dothan Campus)
