Description
Maintenance Technician with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety in our facility. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures or issues in machinery and equipment. Communicate the required materials for repairs with accurate information. Repair or replace defective parts such as pumps, valves, fittings, cylinders, hoses, motors, etc Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g., piping, drainage, water supply). Maintain and service hydraulic systems including pumps, reservoirs, actuators, and fluid levels. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Complete maintenance records and reports accurately and on time. Support other maintenance activities as needed across the facility. Review the assigned work orders in the maintenance system and notify them once they have been completed. Requirements: Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing codes, and hydraulic principles. Ability to read technical documents, manuals, and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions. Availability for on-call or weekend work, if required.
