Description · Maintain and repair processing equipment · Maintain and repair facilities equipment · Perform preventative maintenance on processing and plant equipment · Electrical trouble shooting · Mechanical root-cause analysis trouble shooting · Communicate and document work performed · Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules. · Safely perform duties in a responsible manner in accordance with company policy including maintaining general work area cleanliness. · Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements Technical Requirements · Electrical installations, troubleshooting and repair 24v- 480v · Mechanical trouble shooting and repair · Welding & Fabrication · Pneumatic trouble shooting and repair · Machine Tool · Plumbing & Pipe Fitting · HVAC PMs & Repairs · Facilities Repair Knowledge/Experience: Excellent aptitude and demonstrated experience in the following trade skills: · Plumbing/Pipefitting · Welding & Fabricating · Machine Tool · Electrical Troubleshooting · Facilities Maintenance. · Mechanical Repairs · Fundamental Electrical 24v to 480v, trouble shooting, repair and installation · Working knowledge of relay circuits and logic, and ac/dc variable speed frequency drives · Mechanical Troubleshooting
Responsibilities
The technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing both processing equipment and general facilities equipment, including performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks. Duties also involve electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, documenting work performed, and strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
