This role is part of a rotating “management team” schedule and will require rotation among other properties in the region. ---------------------------------------- Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in apartment or multi-family maintenance * High school diploma or equivalent required * HVAC certification and/or experience preferred * Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required * Strong working knowledge of tools, mechanical systems, and emergency shutoffs * Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments (bending, crawling, climbing, etc.) * Strong communication and teamwork skills ---------------------------------------- Full Circle Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and operations of our properties. This includes responding to service requests, completing unit turns, and ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment. You’ll report directly to the Community and/or General Manager and work within Full Circle’s values and standards. Key Responsibilities * Complete routine and emergency maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair * Participate in daily team huddles and communicate regularly with site staff and management * Perform unit inspections, make-ready services, and custodial duties * Handle exterior maintenance such as grounds keeping and snow removal * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and applicable laws and codes * Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors ---------------------------------------- Full Circle Communities is a mission-driven nonprofit working to expand access to quality affordable housing across the country.
