POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. The role offers an opportunity to work on innovative equipment designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Assist in the assembly and building of new production equipment using blueprints and schematics.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to implement functional design changes and adaptations to equipment.
  • Write, revise, and execute preventative maintenance procedures for various equipment classifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools, hand tools, and shop equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment operators and team members to optimize equipment performance.
  • All other duties as assigned
