Job Details Job Location: JHCC-SNF - MILWAUKEE, WI 53202 Job Shift: AM - 1st Ovation Communities is seeking a motivated, skilled Maintenance Technician II to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. In this role, you’ll perform repairs, maintain equipment, complete work requests, and support preventive maintenance programs—all while contributing to a culture of excellence and safety across the campus. Qualifications Qualifications: Skilled in general maintenance, repairs, and building systems Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations related to maintenance activities Dependable, flexible, and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and perform physically active tasks.

Responsibilities
