This position provides proactive leadership, direction, single point accountability and technical expertise required to achieve and sustain optimum reliability, maintainability, and useful life for the manufacturing facility. The primary role of this position is to improve asset/capacity reliability through the elimination of repetitive failures, technical support of the maintenance function and the management of appropriate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance is required.
- Reliability Experience: At least 3 years of equipment reliability experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices, Circuits, Robotics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and computer-controlled systems.
- Mechanical/Electrical experience in maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment.
- Experience with the organization and implementation of Maintenance Planning tools.
- Experience in an ISO or documented environment.
- Familiarity with performance management metrics for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Proficiency with computer-driven maintenance and planning software.
- Ability to use analysis tools to improve equipment reliability.
- Skills:
- Ability to hear machine operations sounds to detect defective parts, machine failures, and changes in speed and other routine running conditions
- Manual and finger dexterity
- Must be able to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts as needed
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working at heights or in extreme temperatures
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work under stress and flexible schedules
- Proficient with computers and software programs
- Perform tasks safely to meet Quality, Service, and Cost goals

Pay Range:$68,515 - $83,741
