The Maintenance Tech II is a general maintenance technician who is assigned to a specific zone(s) or group of building(s), as part of their duties they perform day to day tasks which include, but are not limited to, providing inspection and surveillance of defects and necessary repairs, creation and assignment of corrective work orders, facilitate and complete repairs, complete assigned preventive maintenance work orders, assist in equipment installations and alterations to building systems. A probationary period of 90 days will be given for the organization to determine their ability, skill set, and ensure they uphold the values of the department and the organization.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician II performs general maintenance tasks within an assigned zone, including inspecting for defects, creating corrective work orders, and completing assigned preventive maintenance work orders. They also assist with equipment installations and alterations to building systems.
