We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Retirement and Senior Care Community that will assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents. Must have strong work ethic and perform well in a team atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 2+ years of general maintenance experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings.
· Technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred.
· Willingness to achieve CPO certification.
· Working knowledge of tools, safety practices, and general building systems.
· Ability to read technical documents and follow written/verbal instructions.
· Basic computer literacy for work order tracking.
