Healthy Pet is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician III to join our team! This is a night shift opening. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs, as assigned Prepares and installs machinery and equipment including VFD’s, PLC’s, low voltage controls, 3-phase 480V, motors, and other wiring Install, maintain and calibrate all pneumatic/electronic instrumentation Observes machine operation to detect work-piece defects or machine malfunction Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments Tracks and reviews machine maintenance and preventative maintenance in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Operates equipment needed to perform duties and responsibilities, including all mobile equipment Reads and interprets machine and equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED. Associates degree in electrical or industrial maintenance. (preferred) Four years of related production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
