What We're Looking For: INH Properties is seeking a part-time or full-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair. When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Miscellaneous Maintenance Grounds upkeep and snow removal Interior painting Plumbing Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable Maintaining common areas Responding to work orders in a timely manner Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
