We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client, an environmentally focused company preparing to launch operations at a new facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional seeking stability and long-term career growth in a greener, sustainable industry. The successful candidate will support equipment maintenance during the final construction, commissioning, and operations phase of the site.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience (ticket not required). A strong mechanical background in pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission systems, and fabrication is essential, with additional experience in heavy equipment, electrical systems, and HVAC considered highly valuable. Candidates should be capable of diagnosing issues and carrying out timely repairs, with welding experience, SCADA knowledge, and PLC familiarity seen as strong assets. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as is the ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to industrial noise, dust, and variable temperatures). Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Fall Arrest and Confined Space certifications are assets, though training can be provided.
