JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Parkesburg, PA & Atglen, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20 – $22 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, boilers, and HVAC
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
  • Reliable transportation for travel between both properties

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities—. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive individual capable of performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks to help keep our properties in excellent condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to and complete service requests and repairs promptly and correctly
  • Get supervisor approval for larger repairs or replacements
  • Maintain appropriate stock of tools and supplies
  • Perform general maintenance including building equipment checks, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, and other minor repairs
  • Identify and assess maintenance issues including minor electrical faults
  • Assist the Community Manager and contribute to the overall property maintenance team
