Pay Range: Job Description: Part time 28 hours a week Pay $ 22.00 an hour Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties) Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties)! In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turns, and janitorial services throughout the property. Responsibilities: Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs. Perform apartment make-ready duties. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, offices, and grounds. Assist with trash removal, light landscaping, and snow/ice removal (if applicable). Respond to work orders in a timely manner. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors. Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
