KAAPA is hiring detail-oriented team players to join our team as full-time Maintenance Technicians at our Minden, Ravenna, and Aurora locations. Plant maintenance technicians are responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance and to improve the reliability and safety of our manufacturing equipment. You will also handle projects that span the spectrum of hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatics and welding. Basic electrical experience is desired, but not required for this positon.
Applicants should be dependable and must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, but a technical certificate in industrial maintenance or experience in ethanol plant maintenance with large rotating and compression equipment is preferred. Potential Maintenance team members must participate in the rotating on call weeks, have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights over 50 feet,and work in extreme weather conditions.
