Job Details Job Location: Kikkoman Foods Inc Missouri Plant - Warrenton, MO Salary Range: $34.00 Hourly Job Shift: First Shift Maintenance Technician Summary: Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building. Receiving and responding to MAINTENANCE ORDER of mechanical, electrical and maintenance issues on their premises through maintenance process flow. Maintain all equipment at the site, production, utility, and building. Duties and Responsibilities: • Preventive maintenance (PM) work, repair, adjust or calibrate all equipment, & building on our premises as requested by Operations Supervisor. • Assistant work on any kind of projects(s) under Operations Supervisor. • Possess the ability to troubleshoot 480 systems. • Determines causes for malfunctioning instruments and takes appropriate action to improve system reliability. • Reads and interprets mechanical and/or electrical blueprints, schematics, P&ID and loop drawings. • Support outsourced contractor’s activities on our premises as requested by Maintenance supervision • Preparation of necessary parts, tools, material for repair, PM, projects and contractor support. Preparation entails requisitioning parts, fabrication, or modification. • Consultation and adjustment with personnel involved when required, for repair, PM, projects and contractor support. • Conduct periodic checks on work as requested by Operations Supervisor as well as related paperwork. • Proper operation of utility equipment (boiler, air compressor, waste water treatment and electricity) as well as necessary monitoring work, filling up necessary chemicals, related paperwork, and etc. • Proper operation of detection/alarm devices/systems as well as necessary monitoring work. • Conduct all variations of work following requirements from HACCP/GMP /SQF, Safety or ISO standards including all necessary paperwork as requested by Maintenance supervision. • Cleaning and maintaining neat and tidy areas where maintenance personnel is in charge on our premises. • Maintain tools and parts inventory. • Report every work status to Operations Supervisor without delay (at a minimum of once per day). • Other duties as assigned.
