Our work will take you in different directions. We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in our Service team in Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand. At KONE No two days are the same as you attend service calls and complete planned or unplanned repairs across different sites including offices, apartments, shopping centres and schools. What will you be doing? Completing scheduled preventative maintenance Attending service calls and completing planned and unplanned repairs Assisting local installation activities when necessary Taking a safety-first and quality-focused approach to your work Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region What are we looking for? At least 3 years of previous experience as a lift mechanic Previous experience working with complex electrical systems EWRB registration (limited certificate or practicing license) as an Electrician or Electrical Installer (or registration ready) Valid, clean NZ drivers' licence or equivalent Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality Excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
