Description About the Role As an Associate Maintenance Technician at Landus, you will support the maintenance team in ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. This entry-level role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks, assisting with repairs, and learning the fundamentals of facility maintenance. You will develop technical skills and gain experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems under the guidance of more experienced team members. What will you do? Assist with repairs and maintenance of on-site equipment and assets. Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision. Maintain records of maintenance work and document activities as required. Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing maintenance duties. Communicate equipment issues to senior technicians and operations personnel. Learn and develop technical skills related to facility and equipment maintenance. Provide general operational support when requested. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Must have a valid driver’s license. The ability to obtain the appropriate licenses and endorsements applicable to the location which may include USDA weighing & grading license, handlers license, and Class A CDL with required endorsements and maintain current DOT physical.
