We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team. This role will report directly to the Superintendent and will serve as a hands-on support position within the apartment. The Maintenance Technician Lead will assist with daily maintenance needs, apartment turnovers, work orders, preventive maintenance, and supporting the Superintendent with training and development of maintenance staff.
