Maintenance Technician We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial food industry. This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving. No prior professional experience is required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep. * Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required). * Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail. Qualifications: * Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment. * Ability to work flexible hours as needed. * Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds. * Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Ability to remain calm under pressure.
