Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as preventative maintenance and basic fabrication. This role supports equipment uptime, safety, and production efficiency in a fast-paced, growing facility. Essential Responsibilities Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, valves, and controls. Conduct in-house fabrication, welding, and machining tasks as needed for repairs or equipment modifications. Install, set up, and commission new machinery and support equipment. Use shop tools and measure instruments safely, including grinders, drills, saws, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory in accordance with company procedures. Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Follow all company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and facility standards. Occasionally work at heights (up to 30 feet) and in varying conditions while observing proper safety precautions. Requirements Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical). Proven ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication equipment. Working knowledge of conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical control systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Nice to have Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and safety best practices. Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
