JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine general maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise across various sites. This role requires an understanding of general repairs, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team or alone while providing excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with tools is necessary
• Experience with general repairs is required
• IT literate with basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft
• Must have current valid driving licence
• Strong command of English for effective communication with team members and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with logical thinking skills to address issues efficiently.

  Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Work Location: On the roa

• Working with job reports to complete any general repairs across various sites.
• Basic painting and decorating.
• To assist the maintenance team when required, with specific jobs.
• You will need to ensure all delegated job sheets are completed within a timely manner.
• Always ensuring that a safe system of work is followed prior and during the job.
• Ensure sites are kept to the highest standard when providing general repairs.
• Liaising with housekeeping and Reception staff with any maintenance issues raised.
• Complete and upload reports onto relevant systems this may also require taking photographs.
• Health and safety conscious for surrounding areas and people around you.
