The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining housing units and buildings in London, Ontario on behalf of York Property Management. Main duties include investigating maintenance issues and subsequently planning, coordinating, and completing repairs as required. Strong communication and time management skills are required. The Maintenance Technician works in collaboration with the Maintenance Coordinator and reports to the Maintenance Manager
