AHI, a member of The Baillie Group, is seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in West Point, VA. This is a full-time opportunity with a world-class hardwood lumber manufacturer, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct, maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles to diagnose equipment malfunctions and restore systems to optimal operation. Provide comprehensive mechanical and electrical/electronic support across all areas of manufacturing. Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment, including but not limited to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Associate degree or technical certification in electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic fields preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Welding and/or mechanical experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and effectively support line operators in troubleshooting and repair activities.
