Maintain accurate maintenance records, follow established policies and procedures, complete necessary repairs and part replacements, and promptly report any required changes. Ensure the resort looks its best by maintaining grounds, removing snow/debris, painting, and caring for landscapes. Assist with special projects like moving furniture, setting up furnishings, preparing rooms for occupancy, completing repairs and installing replacement parts. Maintain plumbing, lighting, and interior spaces with timely fixes and improvements. Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing and guests happy. Requirements What We’re Looking For Availability to work Sunday to Thursday. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related fields. High School Diploma or GED. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate equipment safely. Strong initiative, reliability, and ability to follow through on tasks. Team player who listens well and responds quickly. Experience maintaining swimming pools a plus!
