Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Lenox at Bloomingdale, our 240-unit luxury residential community in Riverview, FL 33578 (U.S. 301 and Bloomingdale Ave) What we offer: * Day time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, weekend on-call rotation is required * Excellent base-pay, quarterly pay increases * Fantastic array of Employee benefits programs, Paid Sick Time (PST), paid Holiday's and much more! Responsibilities: * Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property * Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines * Manage service requests and ensure timely completion * Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act * Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment * Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner * Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service * Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development * Assist in property preventative maintenance plan * Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds * Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime Requirements: * Education: 1.
