Job Details Job Location: Dumfries, VA 22026 Position Type: Full-time Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Non-Direct Care Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician provides support and task completion at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include: Complete assigned service requests in a timely and accurate manner. Document assigned service requests in a timely manner. Keep the property free of debris and trash. Perform other functions related to the position as required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in construction, HVAC, electrical preferred. Current valid driver’s license and insurability. EXPERIENCE Minimum of one (1) year working experience in maintenance. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS General maintenance skills required. Ability to understand written directions. Mainspring Recovery conducts as needed, job-related background checks, fingerprints, drug testing, TB testing, verification of employment history and/or reference checks prior to employment. Responsibilities
