OTHER JOB-RELATED SKILLS/BACKGROUND:

Understands the GMP requirements for operation and maintenance of critical systems
Understands the operation and safety requirements of all mechanical and electrical systems to be maintained on-site
General understanding of the basic operation and safety requirements of hydraulic and pneumatic / instrument systems
Understands their responsibilities in the Maintenance Plan programme
Understands all essential policies in relation to site safety, environment, security, change control process and
GMP / work permit systems etc.

Time served/ Qualified fitter/ qualified electrician or E&I (fitter/electrician/Electrical Instrumentation

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in an EHS and quality compliant manner for all aspects of the Manufacturing plant and equipment at our clients facility in Co. Cork. This requires involvement in planned work such as regular inspection, scheduled work such as one off tasks identified through the work order systems and finally breakdowns tasks. This Role involves Shift work and therefore the relevant shift uplift will apply to an already competitive salary.

SCOPE OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Completion of planned maintenance on scheduled weekly.
Completed of scheduled work-orders on scheduled weekly.
Immediate response to any unplanned adverse event such as breakdowns.
Stakeholder management to ensure clear open communications of any issues onsite.
Ensure near misses are reported and escalated as appropriate.
Ensure all activities undertaken are risk assessed prior to starting and managed appropriately.
Ensure all Manufacturing systems are maintained in a EHS compliant manner.
Ensure acceptable level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
Ensure all quality issues are reported and escalated appropriately.
Ensure all Manufacturing systems are maintained in a GMP compliant manner.
Ensure all documentation is completed on schedule in a GMP compliant manner
