What We're Looking For: Master Trade Services, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician who is experienced, enthusiastic and a self-motivated. Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Maintenance in multi-family dwellings, single-family homes and light carpentry applications. Experience and knowledge in all general maintenance, light plumbing, and appliances is a plus. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent 1 year Maintenance Experience Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
