Company Description Join our team and enjoy a 3-day weekend! 4 10's Monday- Thursday We offer great benefits Health Vision Dental Life PTO Job Description Summary: Under general supervision, safely performs advanced and expert level diagnoses, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and reconditioning of production equipment in compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities: Follow and comply with all safety standards including Lock Out, Electrical Arc Flash, Fall Protection, etc. Provide safe and timely mechanical and electrical support. Ability to interpret and work from complicated drawings, blueprints, worksheets, equipment manuals and other related documents. Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment. Participate in continuous improvement activities Perform various hot work tasks. Orders supplies and repair items as necessary. Set up and operate equipment being used to make and repair parts. Examples would be a lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Ability to work at heights of 10'-0" or more. Ability to work in tight spaces. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong English communication skills – verbal, written & presentation; Listening Office PC skills (Excel) and specific software (CMMS), involving technical skills and knowledge Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems with general knowledge of electrical, VFD, and PLC systems. Understanding of the spare part inventory process Ability to work independently. Must be able to pass a maintenance assessment.
